These terms describe what you can expect from our concierge service and what we ask of you in return.
Our role
Asklipius Med Travel coordinates dental travel between you and independent partner clinics in Türkiye. We are not the medical provider; the treating clinic is responsible for the clinical care delivered to you.
Your responsibilities
To share accurate medical history and contact information, to attend agreed appointments, and to follow the post-treatment instructions provided by your clinic.
Coordination fee
A €50 coordination fee is fully credited to your treatment if you proceed. If you decide not to proceed, you keep the personalised plan and quote.
Cancellations & changes
Travel and clinic appointments can usually be rescheduled. Specific cancellation terms for flights and hotels follow the policies of the providers you book with.
