We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent and to provide the concierge service you request.

Data minimisation

We collect only what is needed to organise your travel and treatment. Sensitive data (medical history, X-rays) is shared only with the clinic you choose.

Retention

We keep your records for as long as needed to support your ongoing care, then archive or delete them on request.

Your rights
